For Individuals...
The mission of the Foreclosure Relief Law Project is to develop impact litigation that will avert foreclosures and keep homeowners in their homes; ameliorate the effects of foreclosures on communities; and hold accountable those who have played a substantial role in contributing to the foreclosure crisis.  Because the focus of the Foreclosure Relief Law Project is on impact litigation, the project does not typically represent individuals who are facing foreclosure.  If the Foreclosure Relief Law Project represents an individual, that individual is referred to the project through a housing counseling agency.

To locate a housing counseling agency in your area, please contact the Minnesota Home Ownership Center.  Feel free to call the Minnesota Home Ownership Center at 651-659-9336, or in Greater Minnesota, 866-462-6466 or click here to find the housing counseling agency in your area.
